Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products & Online Programs

  • All sales of digital products, online courses, memberships, and subscriptions are final.
  • Instant access is granted upon purchase; therefore, no refunds or returns are permitted once access to the digital content has been provided.
  • You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell any digital content purchased from FSJ, ICRE, or their affiliates. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

2. Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Subscription services (e.g., Starter Edge, Momentum Builder, Top 1% Club, Founder’s Circle) are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled by you.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your FSJ account prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  • Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid subscription fees.
  • Removing or disabling your payment method without canceling your subscription in accordance with these terms constitutes a breach of contract and may result in suspension or termination of your access per our Terms and Conditions.

3. Live Events & Ticket Purchases

  • All tickets purchased for live or virtual FSJ/ICRE events are non-refundable.
  • At FSJ/ICRE’s sole discretion, you may transfer your ticket to another individual or receive credit toward a future event if notice is given in advance, subject to event specific policies.
  • Bonus or complimentary tickets issued with other purchases have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

  • Returns of physical products (books, branded merchandise, or materials) are accepted only if the item(s) are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 30 calendar days from receipt.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrect.
  • To authorize a return, contact customer service promptly with order details and photographic evidence of damage or defect.

5. Processing Refunds (Physical Products Only)

  • Once a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
  • FSJ reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned items show signs of misuse or are returned outside the stated timeframe.

  • If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company to confirm if the refund has been processed on their end.

  • While digital sales are final, if you experience any technical issues or concerns with access or content quality, please reach out immediately for support.
  • We encourage transparent communication to prevent buyer’s remorse and build long-term trust.

8. Risk Reversal and Guarantees (Optional)

  • Depending on the specific offer or promotion, FSJ may provide limited risk-reversal guarantees or trial periods as explicitly stated at the point of sale.
  • Any such guarantees will be clearly detailed with terms and conditions, including time limits and conditions for eligibility.
  • Absent a stated guarantee, all purchases remain final per this policy.
