Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing products or services from Financial Success Journey (“FSJ”), Invest Capital Real Estate (“ICRE”), Oleksiy Ihnatenkov, or related entities (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “customer,” “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Your purchase constitutes your full acceptance without reservation. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
2. Purchase, Payment, and Enrollment
- All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be issued for digital products, online training, memberships, or event tickets once access is granted.
- Prices, offers, promotions, and coupons may change without prior notice and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
- Payment must be completed via approved methods at checkout. Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Cancelations must be completed through your FSJ account before renewal to avoid future charges.
- Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access or clear instructions outlining what you receive, total costs, and payment terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All training materials, content, courseware, trademarks, logos, and proprietary information provided through FSJ, ICRE, or Oleksiy Ihnatenkov (the “Content”) remain our exclusive property. Your purchase grants limited, non-transferable rights to access and use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of Content is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.
4. Live Events and Conduct
- Live event attendance is subject to additional venue and program rules. You may not record, photograph, or live stream any event content to protect confidentiality and participant privacy. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
- Solicitation, marketing, or unauthorized sales activities at any FSJ or ICRE events, virtual or live, are strictly forbidden. This includes creating unofficial groups or using event branding without permission. Breaches may lead to removal, no refund, and potential legal consequences.
5. No Guarantees and Disclaimers
We provide educational and informational services only. We do not guarantee any specific business, investment, financial, legal, or personal development results. Your success depends on your effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Always consult appropriate licensed professionals before making financial or legal decisions.
6. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal data will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, complying with GDPR and CCPA regulations. By purchasing or using our services, you consent to this data handling.
7. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FSJ, ICRE, Oleksiy Ihnatenkov, and affiliates disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of products or participation in services or events. You assume full responsibility for all decisions and actions made on the basis of provided information.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including acts of God, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- For residents of the EU, these Terms are governed by Sweden/EU laws. For U.S. residents, once FSJ establishes a U.S. LLC, Florida or Delaware law applies as relevant.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Stockholm, Sweden (EU clients), or Miami/Delaware, USA (U.S. clients).
- Parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation before initiating litigation. Arbitration may be pursued if mutually agreed.
10. Publicity Release
By attending any FSJ or ICRE event or using our services, you grant us the right to use your name, image, voice, and statements in marketing materials without further approval or compensation.
11. Agreement Commitment and Paperwork
We require signed agreements for all purchases and programs. Completion of purchase represents your immediate consent to these Terms and authorization to proceed with enrollment and service delivery. We encourage prompt action—delays or requests to modify paperwork may jeopardize your access.
